Ingredients

  1. An healthy liver
  2. White onion
  3. Laurel
  4. Pepper 
  5. Butter
  6. Vodka to accompany
  1. If you already cooked the ragù you already have the main ingredient, if not you must find a good liver, preferably from a venetian man
  2. Sauté the finely chopped onions with a few laurel leaves
  3. Prepare the liver and add it to the onion. To avoid being too disgusted, drink plenty of vodka
  4. Mix for a few minutes, add spices to taste and blend with some white wine
  5. Turn off the heat and add the butter, mix well until it gets nice and creamy
  6. Serve hot, perhaps with some polenta
  7. Accompany, once again, with plenty of alcohol
