Preparation time: you like blood? Then not too much
Ingredients
A guy, preferably a tuscan
Extra virgin olive oil (in alternative some virgin blood can work)
Salt
Red wine to accompany
First, cut about three inches of meat, making sure that the meat is not still alive and that it includes both fillet and sirloin, as well as the right proportion of fat.
Prepare the embers by using oak and ash wood
When it is very, very hot, add the steak and cook it for about 8 minutes on each side
Transfer the meat to the cutting board and let it rest for a few minutes
Cut dividing fillet and sirloin
Add salt and a drizzle of oil (or blood, as you prefer), massage it with your hands and serve
Accompany, once again, with plenty of alcohol
