  3. 2 white onions
  4. Marrow
  5. 2 saffron sachets
  6. Parmisan cheese
  7. White wine
  1. Extract the marrow, it won’t be easy and I don’t know how to do it, but somehow we will make it
  2. Prepare the sauce with butter, onion and marrow until it is well wilted
  3. Add the rice
  4. Let it toast for a few minutes over high heat, then add the white wine and, once it has evaporated, add the broth
  5. Drink the leftover wine
  6. Continue adding broth until it’s well cooked
  7. Stir in cold butter and parmesan, wait a few minutes before serving
