First prepare about 300g of coffee, sweeten it as you like and leave it in a bowl to cool
Add plenty of laxative to the coffee, making sure it mixes well
Separate the yolks from the whites and whip the yolks with electric whisks, adding half the sugar
When the mixture is light and frothy, add the mascarpone a little at a time
Clean the whisks well and start whipping the egg whites. As soon as they have reached a good consistency, add the rest of the sugar and whip until it’s stiff
Add the egg whites to the mascarpone cream a little at a time and mix well from bottom to top
Build the tiramigiù by alternating a layer of ladyfingers soaked in laxative coffee and the mascarpone cream
Leave to cool for a couple of hours in the fridge and serve cold, perhaps with a coffee killer (it works in italian, sorry)
